The Project consists of various mechanical, electrical, and piping improvements at the Pump Station. 1. Instrumentation: Furnish, install, and configure all new instrumentation as identified in contract drawings. 2. Process Control: Provide required wiring terminations to existing RTU panel. Furnish, install, and configure new cellular modem in existing RTU panel. Provide any PLC programming modifications necessary to incorporate cellular modem and establish communications to SCADA. Existing points currently visible to SCADA must be maintained at a minimum Bids shall be accompanied by a cashiers or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount of five percent (5%) The successful bidder must furnish a performance, payment, and maintenance bond upon the form provided in the amount of one hundred per cent (100%) of the contract price from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety, or other surety or sureties acceptable to the Owner The trophy club municipal utility district no. 1 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to Waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the trophy club Municipal utility district no. 1, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Bids must remain in effect for 30 days after the bid opening date.
