Extension of rue de la Fabrique over approximately 135 meters between the current end of the rue de la Fabrique and rue des Alpes with aqueduct and sanitary sewer service: - Removal of certain existing infrastructure;
- Installation of aqueduct and sanitary sewer pipes of different diameters over a length of approximately 90 meters including
service connections and installation of necessary accessories (valve, fire hydrant, manhole, sump, etc.);
- Construction of the road for the new street including foundations, curbs, sidewalks and paving over a length of
135 meters.
- Landscaping work including the installation of concrete borders, grassing and other land restoration work near the right-of-way;
- Reconstruction of a private access with water and sewer services (rue Clavet)
- Various related repair and development work necessary for the completion of the project. Repair of an aqueduct pipe on avenue Sainte-Brigitte and on rue des Monardes over a distance of approximately 530 meters in length:
- Installation of the pipe in the shoulder of avenue Saint-Brigitte to reduce impacts on traffic;
- Street crossings by trenchless installation for service connections and main pipe crossings at Rue Zurich and Rue Monardes;
- The curbs, sidewalks and paving of Avenue Sainte-Brigitte must be preserved;
- Installation of the aqueduct pipe under rue des Monardes;
- Reconstruction of the roadway on rue des Monardes;
- Reconstruction of the street edge and extension of the sidewalk on rue des Monardes (the portion of the existing sidewalk must be retained as well as the retaining wall);
- Installation of two flow meter chambers;
- Landscaping and restoration work on existing surfaces affected by the work.
