Respondent to provide all labor, materials & equipment necessary to complete the necessary maintenance of the envelope system at the FSU HCB 4009 Building as specified in the Construction Documents. Question Submission Close Date 7/6/2023 12:00 AM EDT. The objective of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a purchase order (PO) with a Respondent to provide all labor, materials & equipment necessary to complete the necessary maintenance of the envelope system at the FSU HCB 4009 Building, as specified in the Construction Documents. The scope of work: The Florida State University (FSU) HCB is a two-story building of approximately SF. The primary structure consists of a cast-in-place concrete floor and footings, with structural steel framing and load-bearing walls of cold-formed metal around the perimeter as well as the interior where designated. The roof consists of steel joist with metal decking roof with combination of Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing and Clay Tile. The main envelope system is brick with precast concrete. The overall condition of the envelope is in good working order however, maintenance is required. The project also includes maintenance service work including but not limited to gutter and downspouts, sealant at foundation connections, sealant at hollow metal doors, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The documented report of findings and corresponding photos shall be located on the Inspection Report. The FSU HCB 4009 Building is located at 989 Learning Way, Tallahassee, FL 32306.
