The City of DeSoto, Texas, is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Ice-Skating Rink Management Companies to purchase, install, operate, maintain, and store an outdoor seasonal Ice-Skating Rink for public use. A concession with the City being paid a percentage (%) of the vendor's gross revenue profit. The vendor will purchase, install, operate, maintain, and store an outdoor seasonal Ice-Skating Rink for public use at no cost to the City. The vendor assumes full responsibility for all that is required to operate the Ice-Skating Rink; OR The City rents the Ice-Skating Rink and the vendor installs, operates, maintains, and stores an outdoor seasonal Ice-Skating Rink for public use. The City desires to take not less than 70% of the gross revenue and will be open to negotiation. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust this Schedule of Events as it deems necessary. If necessary, the City will communicate adjustments to any event in the Schedule of Events in the form of an amendment
