Furnish all the necessary labor, material and equipment required Paint Classrooms/Closets/Walls/Ceilings 1) Mobilization: Mobilize tools and set up a safe work environment around project area. 2) Project Areas: Work areas included eighteen(18) Classrooms/closets/Walls/Ceilings within the main school building located on the 1st , 2nd, and 3rd floor. 3) Surfaces: Includes Ceiling, walls, closets 4) Repairs: Where repairs were completed but not finished, the surfaces areas will be refinished, primed, and painted. Additionally, loose paint will be scraped. ALL scraped and repaired areas will be prepared for priming and painting. 5) Paint: Color and finish (i.e.. Satin, eggshell, flat, etc.) to match existing paint colors. Metal surfaces will use oil-based products. 6) Preparation and Clean-up: Areas near work areas will be protected from ongoing services. Work area that needs to be partitioned or that cause a disruption to school operation are subject to review and approval by CPS Facilities Management and the School’s Administration. Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement.
