The City of Ozark, Missouri is inviting all interested and qualified consultants and firms to submit proposals to develop, conduct and interpret the results on up to two separate municipal surveys. One survey will be directed to the residents of City of Ozark and a second for the businesses located in City of Ozark. The selected consultant will develop an appropriate survey process and methodology to gauge citizen and business input on various topics. The consultant will be responsible for the creation and application of the survey to the appropriate residents and businesses, as well as, tabulating the results and presenting a final product to City of Ozark officials in both a written report and formal presentation. The population of Ozark grew at a record pace of 119% in the last 10 years and is projected to continue this growth well into the future. Ozark enjoys a small-town feel with all the amenities of being in a metropolitan area. Ozark is located on US Highway 65 between Springfield and Branson. The approximate travel time to Springfield is 10 minutes and 25 minutes to downtown Branson, Missouri. The selected consultant and/or firm shall: o Work with the City of Ozark Staff to determine the most cost effective, reasonable and productive survey methodology to employ for gaining input from the residents and/or business representatives. This includes the quantity of surveys, length of surveys, suggested content and duration of survey collection to achieve a confidence interval no greater than +/- 4 and a confidence level of 95% or greater. o After the process, content and scope of questions are developed and approved by the City, the selected consultant shall then proceed with administration of the survey within an agreed upon schedule. o Work with the City of Ozark City Staff to develop objective questions designed to gauge community and/or business sentiment.
