Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of August 10 2023, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed.** The building and grounds department is seeking bids for Spray Foam roofing at the St Joseph Courthouse. All materials/services furnished must be the best of their respective kinds (unless otherwise specified) and will be subject to our inspection and approval after delivery. If materials are rejected it will be held for disposition at your risk and expense. All other questions regarding the bid process, please contact the purchasing dept. At 269-983-7111 ext. 8295 Please note that if you have previously filled out the new Affidavit of Compliance for 2023 it is not necessary to send another one.
