Site work and paving for a civil project in Marana, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary for shared-use path improvements described in the project plans. The work constructing approximately 1.78 miles of shared-use path, including 2 underpasses at the CalPortland. Existing lane configurations will also be modified at the bridge on Avra Valley Road. The work also includes but is not limited to the following: construction of storm drain structures; furnishing and installing pavement markings and signing; landscaping, irrigation, and native re-vegetation; and other related incidental work The Bid Bond shall be in cash, certified check or secured bond, for not less than 10% The Town reserves the right to reject all Bids and to waive any irregularity, informality, or technicality in any Bid to the extent permitted by law The Bidder shall submit its questions or comments in writing to the Town as follows: rtorres@maranaaz, gov PRE-BID MEETING, QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIODS No pre-bid meeting is scheduled at this time.
