Question Deadline: Thu Jun 22, 2023 2:00:00 PM (PDT) Duration in months: 42 The work includes providing Fairness Monitor Services for water and wastewater infrastructure major project procurements that are being managed by the Corporation's Project Delivery Department (PDE) on as and when required basis. The Corporation reserves the right for departments other than PDE to utilize this agreement on an as and when required basis. Fairness Monitor Services are required to ensure that procurement processes administered by the Corporation are fair, transparent and adhere to Canadian contract law as detailed in Section 00100 - Scope of Services. The Consultant shall, between the date of execution of this Agreement to December 31, 2026 (or other mutually agreed upon date) with an, perform and complete the Services with care, skill, due diligence and efficiency. It is understood that option to extend the contract for an additional three one (1) year extension contingent to agreement by both parties with unchanged terms and conditions may be available at the end of Contract end date.
