UPDATE : On April 11, 2024, the Governing Body accepted a proposal from Finkle + Williams Architecture & Roth Sheppard to complete a Municipal Complex Master Plan Study. The proposed Municipal Complex would include city hall, court, and the police department. The proposal includes fees of $48,000 for design and consulting services, and $2,000 reimbursable expenses. The final report is expected to be completed in October. After the final report is received, the next expenditure is design, expected to cost $500,000 in 2025. Land acquisition of $2,000,000 is expected in 2026, and construction of $23,500,000 in 2027. Project is in City of Spring Hill capital budget fy 2025-2029 CIP _________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this RFP is to solicit a person, firm/s or corporation to prepare a Facility Needs and Master Planning Study for the Spring Hill Municipal Complex.
