The Consultant will provide support to the FDOT District 7 Construction Office as well as the Operations Centers in areas including, but not limited to, construction inspection, construction contract administration, construction contract change order review, schedule analysis, construction plan and technical document preparation and review, utility coordination, surveying, and project management. The Consultant will use both employees working at the firm's home office, as well as employees working full-time within the FDOT facilities.
