Other than 2 offices, the existing space is mostly open area with a slab on grade floor and an acoustical drop ceiling. The Renovation will make use of existing mechanical and electrical systems and a new plumbing system will tap into existing water lines and drains that have been located. The adjacent areas of this building are occupied; therefore construction activities must be coordinately properly to minimize disturbances of the employees working in the vicnity. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
