All interpretations or supplemental instructions will be in form of written addenda e-mailed or mailed prior to date fixed for opening of bids DESCRIPTIVE SUMMARY OF THE WORK This is just a brief summary of the proposed work. Detailed documents are part of this bid package and need to be thoroughly reviewed for the bidding of this project. The scope of the work consists of removal of the existing tower chiller system and replacement with a new central chiller system. Modify the existing piping between the building & chiller and modify piping connecting to the existing HVAC system. Modify existing electrical systems to accommodate the mechanical replacement.
