Renovation of a parking garage in West Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,000-square-foot parking garage.
Site Directions: 135 W. Grandlake Blvd., West Chicago, IL 60185 The project includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Base Bid Work: Approximately 10,000 SF of existing prefabricated metal roofing panels to be coated with Fluid-Applied Waterproofing for Roofing Applications including counter-flashings. Alternate No. 1 Bid Work includes: Approximately 2,800 SF of existing built up roofing removal and replacement with a fully adhered EPDM membrane system. Alternate No. 1 will also include the repair of existing gyp-crete roof decking and the replacement of all counter-flashing. General questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be directed to Dave Shah, P.E., Assistant Director of Public Works, at 630-293-2255 or dshah@westchicago.org. All technical questions regarding the project shall be directed in writing to Lauren Ruhl, Project Services Coordinator, at Kluber, Inc., at lruhl@kluberinc.com. All questions shall be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM on July 6th, 2023. All questions will be answered and posted on QuestCDN advertisement by 4:00pm on July 10, 2023.
