Location - Bayless Center Renovations - 516 Hilltop LNWylie, TX 75098. EST. BUDGET: $300,000.00 Addendum #1 Supplemental Drawings have been issued as of 6-29-2023. Addendum #2 has been issued as of 7-7-2023. Note from bidder Pogue Construction:1. Revised Site Plan AS101 dated 07/07/2023. Revisions include: a. Alternate #2 - PEMB Canopy b. Concrete Ramp at new OH Door Location c. Remove and replace existing asphalt with new concrete. 2. Plumbing Fixtures: Owner has provided a fixture submittal package that should be used for pricing. Or Equal's are acceptable to those stated in the package. 3. Schedule - Pogue has provided a construction schedule for your reference. 4. The job site photos have been made available at the Pogue Website . 5. Submitted RFIs have been responded to. 6. The bid date remains: a. July 11, 2023 by 2:00 PM. b. Submit to: bid@pogueconstruction.com 7. All taxes are to be excluded from proposal.
