Reference Number 0000322752 Schwarzlose Road and Kohlenberg Road Intersection Paving Question Acceptance Deadline 07/14/2023 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes All questions and correspondence must be directed to the Purchasing Agent Guadalupe County and submitted in writing via email to purchasing@co.guadalupe.tx.us. Guadalupe County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids/Proposals as it deems in its best interest and to waive any formalities. The work proposed in this contract includes, but is not limited to: 1. The demolition and removal of asphalt pavement and base material. Installation of concrete pavement. 2. Associated traffic control and safety protocol required by local, state, or federal regulations. B. The CONTRACTOR shall include in his Bid Proposal all labor, equipment, material, tools, supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete all work required by this Contract in accordance with the included plans, specifications and referenced documents. C. All work done under this Contract shall conform to all local ordinances. CONTRACTOR shall arrange and pay all cost of permits and inspection fees and shall confine his operations to the limits set by law. D. The CONTRACTOR shall avoid damage to mature trees and native brush and shall replace any vegetation, which requires removal with equivalent vegetation. E. It is the intent of the OWNER to award this project to one CONTRACTOR. F. Portions of this project may be subject to review and acceptance by various agencies. The CONTRACTOR will be required to coordinate with these agencies for such items as issuance of permits or work orders, inspections during construction, and final acceptance. The agencies for this project that may require coordination include but are not limited to the following: 1. Guadalupe County Road and Bridge Department G. Contract time for this project shall be 60 calendar days.
