The City of Sunrise is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of Polymers for Water Treatment as follows: Approximately 4,000 million gallons (MG) water treated annually with the lime softening water plants. In response to RFI No. 23-03-04-MS, Vendors submitted their products for testing at the City of Sunrise Utilities Plants to determine a "Qualified Products List (QPL)." The testing program yielded acceptable product performances for the following products, approved for use by the City. Bidders MUST use only those dosages indicated by the City (and on the Bid Sheet) for the specific product and application. The City will not accept any form of product substitution. QPL FOR POLYMER FOR LIME SOFTENING WATER PLANT TREATMENT The latest Qualified Products List can be obtained by e-mailing ALLPur@sunrisefl.gov and is listed below: Product: PA 110n PWG PRAESTOL 2540TR Note: Only one polymer will be awarded in this Bid. If Vendor has more than one polymer product, Vendor shall enter a bid ONLY for the polymer product with the lowest Extended Total. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the city of sunrise staff or officials other than the specified contact person.
