CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/6/2023 1:00 PM The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required for construction of the Wood Avenue Improvements Project as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. Modifications include but are not limited to; construction of ADA curb ramps; curb bump outs; sidewalk; drainage; concrete base repair; asphalt paving; and all necessary appurtenant work and materials required to complete the work indicated. The successful Contractor must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination as indicated in the Contract Documents and must be PENNDOT pre-qualified as a PRIME CONTRACTOR. All contractors must be pre-qualified with PennDOT in accordance with section 102.01 of PennDOT Publication 408, latest edition. Coordination between the awarded Contractor and the City of Easton is required to determine additional work that may be needed. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Bond or acceptable form of surety as identified within the bidding documents, in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid value. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Engineer.
