The City of Pearland (City) seeks Bids for to provide labor service removal and replacement of the existing span wires, signal cables, signal heads, pedestrian heads, push buttons etc. Contractor shall reconnect all components to the traffic control cabinet and re span the span wires and various other applications on an as needed basis, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Bid. The successful Bidder(s), know hereafter as Contractor/Vendor. Evaluations: July 2023 Mayor and Council Consideration: July / August 2023 Deadline for Questions: Monday, June 26, 2023, at 5:00 PM (CST) All questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via email to ebids@pearlandtx.gov. Questions and answers will be distributed by Title: addendum via the e-bid . Questions should be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM Monday, June 26, 2023 to ebids@pearlandtx.gov The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date stated in Purchase Order (Effective Date) and shall expire one year from the effective date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for four (4) additional one (1) year periods unless City or Vendor provides the other party with notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the expiration of the initial term or renewal period. Following the award, additional services of the same general category that could have been encompassed in the award of this Agreement, and that are not already on the Agreement, may be added based on the discount bid and price sheet provided with the Bid. Unit prices shall include all costs associated with the specified work, including but not limited to handling, delivery, fuel charges, fees and certifications fees. No additional charges will be accepted or paid by the City. All items supplied resulting from this Bid shall be of recent production, unused, and suitable for their intended purpose.
