Fernwood Road - Base Repairs: approx. 138 SY Replace 4aEUR of 25mm base, overlay approx. 138 SY 9.5mm at 2aEUR compacted depth including tack coat and milled key joints; scratch & leveling course approx. 5623 SY of 9.5 mm at 90lbs/SY, overlay approx. 6113 SY 9.5 mm at 2aEUR compacted depth including tack coat per sec. 460 and milled key joints. Faggs Manor Road-Mill approx. 416 SY (4aEUR(TM)W x 935aEUR(TM)L), replace with 4aEUR thick asphalt swale 4aEUR(TM)W x 935aEUR(TM)L with asphalt curb. Daleville Road-remove approx. (2) 25aEUR(TM) existing pipe runs, trench restoration, backfill trench with 2A stone to within 4aEUR compacted depth below existing grade, pave 4aEUR base material, scratch & leveling course approx. 3270SY of 9.5 mm at 90lbs/SY, overlay approx. 3270 SY 9.5 mm at 2aEUR compacted depth including tack coat & milled key joints. Wages that are paid to employees of the successful bidder shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act via project serial # 23-04874. A bid bond of 10% or a certified check payable to Londonderry Township in the amount of 10% of the bid will be required. Costs associated with Performance Bond, Payment Bond, etc. will be incurred by awarded bidder. Final payment will be based on actual square yards / linear feet applied upon average road width and actual completed length. Londonderry Township reserves the right to refuse any or all bids, waive any technical formality in the bidding and to accept any bid it deems suitable for its best interests.
