By submission of a proposal, the Consultant warrants that their firm and sub-Consultants, if utilized: • Are knowledgeable as to state and federal regulations, processes, procedures, and requirements that apply to a federally funded project; • Are knowledgeable as to required procedures as outlined in the TDOT’s Local Government Guidelines for the Management of Federal and State Funded Transportation Projects, Public Involvement Plan, Tennessee Environmental Procedures Manual, Right-of-Way Procedures Manual; TDOT Roadway Design Guidelines; TDOT ITS Project Development Guidelines other federal and state procedures and guidelines as may pertain to projects of this nature and scope • Have adequate technical and financial resources to undertake and complete the Project as described herein; • Have a satisfactory record of performance in developing and implementing similar project(s) in this or other jurisdictions.
