Renovation of a mixed-use development in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,460-square-foot municipal facility; and 2,300-square-foot parking garage.
The project is located at the RUSA headquarters at the 1297 NE Grandview Drive and includes replacement roofing at the office building, approximately 5,460 sf and garage building, approximately 2,300 sf. The Project consists of removing the existing roof member, expose the existing roof deck for review by the owner, new tapered insulation to improve roof drainage, new safety tie off system, new roofing membrane, and tapered insulation. The Owner and Architect reserve the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at their discretion.
