Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lonoke, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
ALL bids must be submitted on the provided bid form to be considered and ALL trade contractors (NOT bidders on material packages) will need to submit a bid bond with their bid proposal. Bid forms with bid bonds may be delivered, mailed, faxed (501-281-4499), or e-mailed (bids@delkconstruction.com) but must arrive by 2:00 PM on the 6th to be considered and must be followed up by the hard copy within 48 hours; bids received after the stated opening date and/or time will not be opened and/or considered. A bid tabulation for each trade contract or material package will be available upon request within 48 hours; please note that the publishing of said data will not serve to circumvent the vetting process of the low bids submitted. ALL Bidders on any Trade Contract Package or Material Supply Package are instructed to review the CM/GC's Summary of the Work for a description of the minimum requirements as regards the scope and items to be included in each trade or material package. All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969, and Act 397 of 1971, and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the Owner.
