Edge keys are to be cut at terminal ends of overlay. 4. Apply a bituminous tack coat. 5. Level and otherwise install asphalt surface mix as stated for each street. 6. All streets are marked with the starting and stopping points for resurfacing. 7. Areas to be serviced: A) Elk Fork Road: Install 2" asphalt surface mix approximately 270' in length by 22' wide. B) Commerce Street: Install 1.5" asphalt surface mix approximately 375' in length by 24' wide. C) W Jefferson Street: Mill area to be resurfaced and install 1.5" asphalt surface mix approximately 110' in length by 17' wide. D) E Jefferson Street: Install 1.5" asphalt surface mix approximately 225' in length by 21' wide. E) S Kennedy Street: Install 1.5" asphalt surface mix approximately 100' in length by 15' wide. F) E Washington Street: Mill area to be resurfaced and install 1.5" asphalt surface mix approximately 155' in length by 21' wide. G) S Perry Street: Install 1.5" asphalt surface mix approximately 50' in length by 19' wide. H) Morningside Drive: Install 1.5" asphalt surface mix approximately 670' in length by 13' wide.
