The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal necessary to perform sandblasting and painting of primarily metal substrates as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and . The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The USACE, Memphis District intends to a minimum of three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. The period of for the BPAs will be five (5) years from the effective date.
