The contractor shall furnish moving services but is not limited to, the following: i. Moving of THA/AHPS tenants upon request. ii. Local moving area is considered with in Tulsa County. iii. In-State Moving is considered to areas outside of the Tulsa County and inside the state of Oklahoma. iv. Out of State moving will be a move from or to the state of Oklahoma. v. Moving Crews to move personal or corporate property from on location to another. vi. Provide labor to load and unload requested items to be moved. vii. Moving Crews must have all hand trucks, wheeled dollies, carts, blankets, and protective wrapping as need to complete each move. viii. Provide packing and unpacking services if requested. ix. Provide boxes, blankets, tape, and other moving materials if requested. x. All moving crews shall be professionally trained, and dressed to perform moves from residential family homes, and corporate office settings. xi. Requested moving services may be for residential individual family homes to home, or apartment to apartment. xii. Moving crews shall be able to conduct moves that involve stairs, and elevators. xiii. Moving crews may also be able to move commercial offices, from office-to-office locations. xiv. All moving team members must have passed pre-employment background checks and drug testing. xv. The moving company shall al standard insurance and bonding in place. xvi. Proposal response shall include loading and unloading services at an hourly rate if requested. The Contract will be for a period of five (5) years
