Renovation of a municipal facility in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Installation of a membrane roof repair. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond.The contractor shall be required to furnish a Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond in a sum equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, for a period of one (1) year past the completion of the project. The contractor and all subcontractor's shall be required to provide copies of all necessary insurance certificates and shall be required to maintain all insurance policies for the duration of the project. The contractor shall substantially complete the work not later than May 1, 2024 Liquidated Damages of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per working day will be assessed after the time for completion has expired. The City of Fremont reserves the right to accept the bid producing the best workmanship and material, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids SCOPE. Work involves providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment needed to completely remove an existing EPDM roof membrane, vents, wet insulation, and re-install a new 60 mils TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) Roof System at (2) two locations. LOCATION. All work is to be completed at the City of Fremont Administration Building, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, NE, and The City of Fremont Warehouse Garage located at 3000 East 1st Street, Fremont, NE.
