The Charter Township of Brighton is requesting proposals for an annual maintenance agreement for the HVAC system at Township Hall, located at 4363 Buno Road, Brighton, MI 48114. The HVAC system utilizes residential HVAC equipment in a commercial setting. There is a total of ten (10) furnaces and eight (8) A/C condensing units. All condensing units are at ground level at the northern and southern end of the facility. There are no rooftop units in the system.
