Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Henderson, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: The CITY is requesting professional planning and design services for the Black Mountain Nature Preserve Project. The 1,340 acre site is located south and west of Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson, Nevada. The majority of the site will remain undisturbed with improvements including approximately 5-7 miles of scenic trails and a trailhead, scenic overlooks, a parking lot and restroom building, and numerous interpretive areas. Potential improvements include a zip line and ropes course. Please direct any questions regarding this RFQ to Luke Fritz, Senior Purchasing Specialist via NGEM. Contact with City of Henderson employees or officials directly or indirectly, other than Mr. Fritz, may result in disqualification of the firm from further consideration on this project. The CITY reserves the right to sole evaluation of the SOQs, to waive irregularities therein, and/or reject any and all firms which have submitted, should the CITY deem it to be in its best interest.
