The TTHM project was completed in FY2022 for less than the amount borrowed from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) for that project. The remaining funds are being reallocated to this drinking water project that meets the same criteria for a TWDB subsidized loan. This project is included in the city's Fiscal Years 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Program.
