The City of Blue Ridge is soliciting sealed bids for City of Blue Ridge Downtown Visitor Center Construction Project. The project involves the demolition and hauling away of the existing bathroom facility located on East Main Street and the construction of a two -story, approximately 4,200 sq. ft. visitor center in accordance with the plans prepared by Phillip T. Walker Architects, P.C dated and sealed June 6, 2023. The project includes men's and women's restrooms on both floors of the building, meeting rooms, police substation and storage rooms.
