MPA is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Large Scale Construction Services in order to procure a qualified pool of general contracting firms who can perform a broad spectrum of construction services over $2 million. MPA expects to choose a minimum of three (3) firms for this pool to provide Large Scale Construction Services over a multi-year period of time. Large Scale Construction Services will be provided on an asneeded, per project, basis, and will include, but not be limited to services described herein. Prospective respondents must submit a Letter of Intent to Respond on or before 4:00 pm on June 20, 2023. The letter must be emailed directly to: procurement@miamiparking.com
