This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes (RFQs) are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 effective 06/20/2023 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 6/09/2023, effective 06/09/2023. The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) is applicable to this Requirement. The applicable Wage Determination is WD # 2015-5635, Revision 21. Wage Determinations can be found at https://sam.gov/wage-determination/2015-5635/21 Naval Medical Center San Diego requires a service maintenance agreement for 3 MRI Chillers located at Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA (NMCSD), and 1 MRI Chiller located at Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS) Miramar. The contractor shall provide all services, materials, and equipment necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance on the Chillers.
