The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of sewage sludge from the Regional Sewage Treatment Plant and the Greenwood Sewage Treatment Plant and disposing of said sludge at a Nova Scotia Environment approved facility. All equipment, labour and materials are to be supplied by the contractor unless otherwise specified in the Tender Documents. The Municipality reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities, or to reject any or all tenders based on the Tenderer's lack of proven experience, performance on similar projects, or the suitability of proceeding with the execution of the work. The Contractor will provide the Services during the term of the Agreement which term will, notwithstanding the date of execution and delivery of the Agreement, be conclusively deemed to commence on August 1, 2023 and will end on March 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 7 of the General Contract Conditions.
