The City of Norman, Oklahoma, is soliciting proposals from interested parties for Janitorial Service to be contracted for the Fleet and Transit divisions. Any correspondence, questions, or request for copies of the Request for Proposal should be directed to: Mike White, Fleet Program Manager, 1301 Da Vinci Street, Norman, Oklahoma 73069, Telephone No. (405) 292-9709 mike.white@normanok.gov. All proposals must be marked with the following statement: "City of Norman Fleet Janitorial Services Proposal." Proposals shall be made in accordance with the Public Notice, Request for Proposal, Plans, or Specifications, which are on file and available for examination at the Office of the Purchasing Division. All proposals shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours before a contract can be made and entered into thereon. Proposals received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of proposals, as well as proposals received after the time set for opening of proposals, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this Request for Proposal ("RFP") and to waive any informality or irregularity in this RFP or in responses, to negotiate with all qualified sources, or to cancel, in part or in its entirety, this RFP, in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to request more information for clarification or due to omission of information. Proposers may be asked to make an oral presentation as part of the evaluation process. This RFP does not commit the City to award a contract or to procure or contract for services or goods.
