This contract is for construction services for the NCPD Second Precinct Station House consisting of the removal of hazardous materials, demolition of the existing fire damaged, two story, wood framed +/- 17,500 square foot station house, erection of a new, +/- 25,000 square foot steel framed, two-story with penthouse NCPD station house building, associated site improvements, and remedial repairs to the existing one-story brick and frame vehicle maintenance garage including replacement of the existing bulk underground fuel storage tank.
