Site work and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
This project is part of a cyclical bridge maintenance program for replacing the waterproofing membrane on six bridges in Niagara County. This would consist of milling the existing wearing course, installing a new waterproofing membrane and installing a new asphalt wearing course. Each Bidder shall include a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form a Bid Bond, certified check, bank cashier s check, or an irrevocable standby letter of credit from a bank, and subject to the conditions provided The County of Niagara reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids. The project estimate is $220,000 - $240,000 Question Deadline 07/14/2023 at 4:00 PM ET This contract is federally funded and has a DBE goal of 5%. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
