Laramie County School District Number One is preparing to begin design for Roof Replacements at Various Sites. A. General Project Description. The work will include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Typical professional services, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents to provide bidding documents for the project described below. The work will also include construction administration and observation. The owner will provide frontend documents at the 10% Design Phase; the consultant will provide the technical sections. The consultant will incorporate all sections (owner and consultant) to make a complete set of specifications for each of the design phase reviews. Complete 100% Construction Documents will be provided to the owner one week prior to the first legal notice publication for bid. a. Submittal and payment for all Plan Review and Building Permit Fees, Laramie County Department of Health Plan Review Fee, Development Fees, and all other permitting and fees associated with this scope of work.
