Reference Number 0000323501 the City of Midland with pricing for City Hall Fire Alarm Replacement The City of Midland is seeking a contractor to design, furnish and install a fully functional fire alarm system which shall include all necessary equipment to meet all applicable Federal, State and Local laws. The contractor will be responsible for providing all bonds, permits and required design documents. The existing fire alarm system is a National Time & Signal Corporation Model 7002 fire alarm system that was installed in 1989. The new system design will be designed around the new City Hall renovation layout for the first and second floors. City Hall renovation project did not include any modifications in the basement level layout but this level will be include in overall alarm system replacement. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
