**As of November 14, 2024, This project has been awarded to Level 1 Paving, Inc., with the awarded amount of $984,872.92.** The project will consist of constructing a right-hand turn lane on FM156, milling and overlay approximately 1,200 ft section of FM156, and installing new pavement markings and signage along said section. The project also includes intersection improvements at the existing John Day Rd and proposed Keller-Haslet Rd extension. The project will include installation of headwalls, concrete flatwork, MBGFs, and pavement markings with associated signage upon completion of the Keller-Haslet Rd extension by Tarrant County Precinct 3. The website administrator will then make files accessible. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The successful bidder shall (when requested) demonstrate adequate and substantial documented experience in the construction disciplines necessary for constructing the project. Appropriate instructions and bidder experience requirements are described elsewhere in the bound contractual documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening.
