Renovation of an educational facility in Pahrump, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The right is reserved to reject any, and all proposals or accept the proposal which is deemed by the Owner to be in the best interests of Nye County School District. The work is expected to be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days following the date of the Notice to Proceed but in no case beyond August 1, 2024 Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed under the Nevada State Law NRS 624.230. and any other applicable NRS statute provisions or local requirements. The award of the contract is anticipated to be on or about August 1, 2023, but that date may be revised as needed by the District The right is reserved to reject any, and all proposals or accept the proposal which is deemed by the Owner to be in the best interests of Nye County School District. The Nye County School District also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and / or informalities in the submitted Bid Forms and Bid Procedures. No other site visits by any bidder shall be allowed thereafter since this is a closed campus. It is advisable to attend this on-site pre-bid since the site conditions including worksite access and specific repair work scope will be explained. The Architect shall produce notes pertaining to this site visit and shall promptly issue these notes to the bidders on file.
