Construction of a Main Electrical Building (MEB), including: a. 15 kV switchgear b. Two 3,750 KVA step-up transformers c. 480V generator switchgear d. Mechanical Room for cogeneration system equipment e. Low Voltage Electrical Room and associated equipment f. Battery Room and associated equipment 2. Two 1,500kW diesel generators 3. Overhead power feed from south side of plant to the MEB 4. A cogeneration system, including: a. Two 600kW cogeneration units b. Biogas treatment system c. Heat loop and recovery pumps and piping in the Mechanical Room and MEB Basement d. Pipe trench for process piping from cogeneration units to existing Biosolids Building e. Hot water and steam piping within Biosolids Building f. New natural gas service and meter A certified or cashier's check or bid bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal will be required for each proposal. Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any proposal and to waive irregularities in the proposals
