Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coralville, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The following work items will be completed: Removal and replacement of 491 SY of street pavement, 555 SY of driveway pavement, and 543 SY of sidewalk; installation of 1,448 LF (828 LF pipe provided by City) of 12" diameter PVC water main, 63 LF of 8" diameter PVC water main, and associated gate valves and fire hydrants; traffic control; erosion and sediment control; seeding and fertilizing; and all other work as included in the plans and specifications. Each proposal shall be completed on a form furnished by the City and must be accompanied in a sealed envelope, separate from the one containing the proposal, by either of the following forms of bid security; (1) a certified or cashier's check drawn on a solvent Iowa bank or a bank chartered under the laws of the United States or a certified share draft drawn on a credit union in Iowa or chartered under the laws of the United States, in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, (2) a bid bond executed by a corporation authorized to contract as a surety in the State of Iowa, in a penal sum of 5% of the bid.
