The project involves adding wrought iron fencing at the kindergarten area and chain-link fencing and gates at the front entrance of Edison Bethune Charter Academy. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/30/2023 5:00 PM Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified. Prequalification Requirement. Prequalification is only applicable if the "Notice to Bidders" section identifies this project as a prequalification bid. In accordance with Public Contract Code 20111.6, all Bidders performing as either a General Engineering Contractor (A license), General Building Contractor (B license), Electrical Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, or Plumbing Contractor utilized as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor must be prequalified prior to submitting bids on this project. For purpose of prequalification, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Contractors are Contractors pursuant to Section 7058 of the Business and Professions Code inclusive of: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 licenses.
