The Borough of Rochester, Beaver County, Pennsylvania The Borough of Rochester reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Borough. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, money order or bidder surety bond in the amount specified in instructions to bidders as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance properly secured. All addenda will be issued to the email addresses below. Delivery confirmation to the email address provided will constitute a receipt of the addenda by the contractor. It is the contractor's responsibility to check their email addresses at appropriate intervals. The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform this contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates. Requests for clarification during the bidding phase shall be forwarded by email to tsadaka@widmerengineering.com. Responses shall be publicly displayed on the Widmer Engineering Inc. website. All requests for clarification must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the anticipated date of receipt of Bids. All work must be completed in 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
