Ref. #: BG23-00022446 Questions Due Date: Jul 7th 2023, 5:00 PM CDT The purpose of this Request to Bid (RFB) is to establish a thirty-six (36) months Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service agreement with a twelve (12) month extension for the removal and disposal of scrap tires at various facilities operated by the City of Dallas. The City of Dallas is seeking a qualified and responsible vendor to pick up, transport, and dispose of waste/scrap tires in accordance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and in accordance with the specifications set forth within this request for solicitation. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. These services will be used in conjunction with City services.
