ODOT is planning to replace 7 Rest Area Buildings at 2 locations throughout the state. CMR services for these projects will be selected concurrently. It is anticipated that the top 3 ranked CMR teams will be short-listed for interviews for each of the project groups. Each proposer is required to specify what team members will be assigned to each individual project within the
project groups they are submitting on. If a firm proposes identical team members on more than one project, that firm will not be selected for more than one project per unique team. Each project will be a separate construction contract. Each project scope will potentially include: demolition of existing structures to accommodate new construction, removal/repairs and/or replacement of existing sidewalks, including new sidewalks, and incorporate landscaping and graphics per the prototype standards, waste water treatment plant repairs, & vehicular improvements Shortlisted firms will be issued a RFP with 100% GMP documents indicating what scope is applicable to each specific project. Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to OFCC Procurement at procurement@ofcc.ohio.gov with the project
number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page
on the OFCC website at http://ofcc.ohio.gov on a regular basis until one week before the response deadline. The name of the
