Renovation of a water / sewer project in Winters, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of September 27, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Anticipated contractor selection and execution of Agreement will be in July 2023. Anticipated Notice to Proceed (NTP) to be issued in October 2023. The project will be located north of Inspiration Phase 10 on the west side of Huffines Boulevard in Lavon, Texas. The project will consist of the installation of a lift station that will extend up to approximately 30 feet below the existing grade. The site consists of undeveloped land with grass covering the surface of the site. Site Conditions General subsurface conditions were evaluated by completing one boring to a depth of approximately 35 feet below existing grades near the proposed lift station. The approximate boring location is shown on Plate A.3, Boring Location Diagram. Sample depth, description of soils, and classification (based on the Unified Soil Classification System) are presented on the Log of Boring, Plate A.4. Keys to terms and symbols used on the log are shown on Plates A.5 and A.6.
