**As of February 21, 2024 all the bids for this project were over the budget. The bid date has been changed/extended from January 2, 2024 2pm to January 9, 2024 2pm. Installation of 9,529 1ft of 12" DI watermain, 205 1ft of 12" watermain in casing, valves, and hydrant assemblies. Additional work includes installation of driveways and restoration. All successful bidders must comply with federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti Kickback legislation; federal equal opportunity requirements. Minority/Women/Handicapped business owned enterprises (MBE/WBE/HBE) and Section 3 business concerns seeking bid opportunities under this Project Notice are encouraged to respond.
