Saving Project...

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,950-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility.

The scope of this project is limited to approximately 1,950 SF of interior renovations inside the Wake County South Wilmington Street Center. The project construction scope will include the interior renovation of 5 toilet/shower rooms in the Men s Shelter. The toilet room work shall consist of the complete interior finish replacement, new toilet partitions, ADA modifications, and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. The project will also consist of mechanical systems upgrades and the replacement of existing water heating systems. Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS 143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 00900 of the Project Manual. All questions concerning the plans and specificationsshould be directed to the Licensed Professional who prepared said documents. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. Wake County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
